DELIVERY AND RETURN POLICY

Effective immediately, once shipped, all sales are final on the following items: hand sanitizers, disinfectants/sanitizers, and personal protective equipment (PPE), including gloves, masks, and etc.

We aim to deliver your products 3-5 working days after your payment has been processed and your order has been fulfilled. However, during busy times, it may take up to 7 working days for your order to be delivered.

If it is available for your order, you can upgrade delivery to Next Day by selecting Next Day Delivery at checkout. Order by 3pm Monday - Friday and your package will be delivered on the next working day.

We can’t take responsibility for delays caused by events outside of our control, including industrial action, severe weather conditions, or other significant disruptions to the service provided by our delivery partners. In such situations, we'll do our best to keep you up to date on when you can expect your delivery.

International Delivery

Our international orders are sent via USPS to the destination country and then via your local postal service. United States orders normally arrive within 5-7 working days and between 10-20 working days for the rest of the world. Parcels can take slightly longer due to postal delays. If your order is being shipped outside of the United States, customs charges and taxes may apply (you’ll need to pay these directly to your local customs authority).

Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item/s must be new and the packaging unopened. The item/s must also be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and return labels are the responsibility of the customer. To arrange a return please contact [email protected] and we will allocate you a returns code and returns address. Please include this code with your return to ensure we can process it as efficiently as possible. Once we receive your returned goods, we will issue a refund, if appropriate, for the full value of your purchase. This will be debited back as a credit to the payment method used for the original purchase.

You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature (First Class Recorded Delivery). Please ensure returned goods are stored safely as we will not be responsible for goods that are damaged while in transit.
